Mayreau sits at the heart of the Tobago Cays Marine Park (TCMP), one of the Eastern Caribbean's most ecologically significant marine protected areas (MPAs). The organisation works to advance community-led conservation, sustainable livelihoods, and ecological stewardship across the Southern Grenadines archipelago. We Are Mayreau is currently implementing a multi-year conservation programme in a consortium with CLEAR Caribbean and Richmond Vale Academy. Programme activities include coral restoration, marine biodiversity monitoring, mangrove restoration, marine waste management, sustainable livelihood, capacity building, ridge-to-reef tourism, sustainable agriculture, stakeholder engagement, community outreach and financial sustainability. The programme requires dedicated, island-based personnel to manage and support its effective delivery.

3. Objectives

The Project Coordinator is the primary operational lead for the We Are Mayreau programme on Mayreau. This is a full-time, island-based position responsible for the day-to-day implementation of all programme activities, coordination of field teams, data logging and reporting, stakeholder and community engagement, and procurement logistics. The Project Coordinator carries the brunt of the on-the-ground physical and administrative work.
